Get your relayer running in 5 minutes. No technical knowledge required — just your CXO reward address and a monthly payment.
Go to cargoxrelayer.com/app and click Register. Fill in your email and password. Make sure Managed service (Customer) is selected as the account type.
After logging in, you'll see the Welcome to Managed Relayer Service screen. Click the + Add Relayer button to start setting up your first relayer.
In the Add Managed Relayer dialog, enter your CXO Reward Address — this is the Polygon wallet where you hold your CXO tokens (minimum 50,000 CXO required for staking).
As you type, the system will suggest matching addresses with their current CXO balance. The Payment Details section shows the monthly fee and the address where you should send payment.
After clicking Subscribe, your relayer appears with status PENDING. Now send the monthly fee (in USDC or CXO) to the displayed payment address.
Once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, click Verify Payment. The system will check the Polygon blockchain for your transfer and activate your relayer automatically.
Once payment is verified, your relayer starts automatically and you'll see full real-time statistics: MATIC balance, CXO balance, documents relayed, confirmation rate, gas usage, and more.
The dashboard updates in real-time via WebSocket — you can monitor your relayer performance 24/7 including from your phone (installable as PWA app).
All three plans use the same on-chain relayer contract — the differences are operational. Pick the one that matches how hands-on you want to be. Live per-relayer pricing is in the cost FAQ below.

Per-relayer prices come from the admin-managed tier table and are volume-discounted — running multiple relayers under one account drops the price per relayer on every plan. Exact figures (USDC + locked CXO equivalent) are shown live in the “How much does the Managed Service cost?” FAQ entry below.
It's the Polygon wallet address where you hold your CXO tokens. Your CXO tokens must be on the Polygon network (not Ethereum mainnet). You need at least 50,000 CXO staked to be eligible for relayer rewards. This is the address that receives relay rewards when your relayer wins a document.
There are two plans:
Both plans support volume discounts — running multiple relayers drops the per-relayer price. The exact tier-based price is shown during signup and on your dashboard. You can pay in USDC (1:1 with USD) or CXO (current market rate, locked at the time the admin last published tier prices).
Basic is the simplest option — we handle everything, including paying for blockchain gas (POL). Your relayer focuses on reserved documents that come to you guaranteed. If our service has spare capacity within your daily / monthly POL budget, contested races are also attempted automatically.
Pro is for users who want maximum performance and a lower monthly fee in exchange for managing one thing themselves: the signing wallet's POL balance. Pro relayers run the full advanced racing algorithm (dynamic gas pricing, market-aware bidding, smart auto-pause) and aren't constrained by a service-level POL budget.
You can switch from Basic to Pro anytime via the dashboard. Switching back to Basic is admin-assisted to make sure your funds and settings are handled correctly.
Pro makes sense if you:
Stay on Basic if you prefer a "set and forget" experience where you don't need to monitor POL balance or send native tokens to your signing wallet.
Your Basic plan includes a daily and monthly POL allowance for racing. We track gas spent across all your contested transactions and pause bidding if you reach the cap (reserved documents continue regardless). The budget resets daily at 00:00 UTC and monthly at billing renewal. The current allowance and usage is shown live on your dashboard.
After upgrading to Pro (or signing up directly as Pro), you'll see your signing wallet address on the dashboard. Send POL (Polygon native token, sometimes called MATIC) to that address from any exchange or wallet. Recommended starting balance: 5–20 POL depending on race activity. The dashboard shows your MATIC balance — top up when it gets low.
If you generated a fresh wallet during upgrade, double-check you saved the private key in a safe place — we encrypt and store it server-side but cannot show it to you again later.
Payments are accepted in USDC and CXO exclusively on the Polygon network. Do not send tokens on Ethereum mainnet or any other chain. The system verifies ERC-20 Transfer events on Polygon — tokens sent on a wrong network will not be detected and cannot be recovered.
If payment is not verified within 30 days of the previous payment, your relayer is automatically paused. No data is lost — simply send a new payment and click Verify Payment to resume your relayer.
Yes! You can add multiple relayers, each with a different CXO reward address. Each relayer requires its own monthly subscription and payment — but the more relayers you run, the lower the per-relayer fee on both plans.
The Managed Service (Basic or Pro plan) runs everything for you in our infrastructure — you only need a CXO reward address and a payment method. Self-Service gives you full control over the relayer configuration, signing wallet, and RPC endpoints, but each new Relayer carries a small monthly subscription (see the User plan in the cost FAQ above — admin-configured, currently shown live).
Within Managed Service: Basic = we cover POL gas, Pro = you cover POL gas with your own signing wallet (in exchange for a lower fee + advanced algorithm). For Self-Service (User): you supply the signing wallet and fund POL yourself, and you pay a per-Relayer fee per month. Relayers that already existed before the fee was introduced stay free.
Absolutely. Your CXO tokens stay in your own wallet at all times. The relayer only uses a separate signing wallet (provided by us) to submit relay transactions. Your reward address is never given a private key — it only receives rewards.
Yes, you can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Your relayer will be stopped and the signing wallet returned to the pool. There are no long-term commitments.
